Kids Capoeira (Ages 3–11)

Movement, rhythm, and culture all in one! Our Kids Capoeira classes introduce children to Afro-Brazilian martial arts through music, games, and play. Students build confidence, coordination, and community while learning to move with rhythm and joy.

No experience needed — just bring energy, curiosity, and big axé!

Adults Capoeira

Step into the roda and build strength, rhythm, and community. Our Adult Capoeira classes combine movement, music, and culture in a full-body experience that challenges both mind and spirit. Train kicks, acrobatics, and flow while connecting to Afro-Brazilian roots and collective energy.

All levels welcome — from first-timers to seasoned capoeiristas!
